At that time, a cap main body 31 is formed in the shape of a taper, and an angle is set in 35-65°. At the same time, an air-hole 34 is provided. Then, the reinforcing bar 25 of the member 21 is inserted inside the sleeve 23. At that time, a space 26 is vacant so that it is formed between the members 21. Force-fit of grout 27 is made from the space 26. Then, air is exhausted from the air-hole 34, and force-fit is completed when the grout 27 is discharged from the air-hole 34.
