绿色公共建筑地源热泵系统供热性能分析

         

摘要

Green buildings in our country develop rapidly in recent years.The application of renewable energy systems also received widespread attention.Based on monitoring data of ecological urban public rental housing exhibition center in Tianjin,the author analyzed the actual operation condition of the ground source heat pump units of case building in winter,including case structure of building energy consumption,energy consumption characteristics of ground source heat pump units work time,actual heating capacity and load rate of heat pump heating period,COP instantaneous value/average and unit integrated part load performance coefficient.The test data of monitoring system was analyzed.Compared with cooling season and transition season,the heating season has the largest energy consumption.The stable operation of the heat pump unit fluctuates up and down at 12.0 kW· h,and the average energy consumption of the whole heating season is about 10.0 kW· h.The average COP of the unit is 3.7.IPLV was 3.8 by calculating in accordance with outdoor meteorological parameter from realtime monitoring data in Tianjin and the running time weight of single unit under different load factors.Statistical results can provide a data basis for subsequent operation of case building,such as actual operation condition and energy-saving diagnosis of unit.%近年来我国绿色建筑发展迅速,其中关于可再生能源系统应用的分析研究也受到了广泛关注.文章以天津生态城区公屋展示中心监测数据为基础,分析该案例建筑地源热泵机组冬季整体运行情况,包括案例建筑能耗结构占比、地源热泵机组工作时段能耗特征、热泵机组实际供热能力及热泵机组供暖期的负荷率、COP瞬时值/平均值及机组综合部分负荷性能系数.分析整理监测系统所测数据可知与制冷季、过渡季相比采暖能耗最大;热泵机组稳定运行逐时能耗在12.0 kW·h上下浮动,整个供暖季逐时平均能耗约10.0 kW·h,机组的COP平均值为3.7;根据实时监测天津地区室外气象参数及单台机组不同负荷率下运行时间权重计算IPLV为3.8.统计结果可为以后案例建筑后续运行阶段的实际运行状况、机组节能诊断方面等方面提供一定的数据基础.
