不同运行模式下烤箱内腔温度场的优化研究

摘要

用数值模拟的方法，对不同运行模式下烤箱模型内部温度场进行模拟，并将计算机数值模拟结果与实测结果进行对比验证。研究结果表明可以通过改善烤箱风扇盖板结构和风扇风速对现有烤箱模型内部温度场均匀性进行改进，实现烤箱内部温度场均匀性的最优化。%B y using num ericalsim ulation m ethod to realize internaltem perature field sim ulation ofan oven m ode under differentoperating m odes.The resultsshow thatthe tem perature field uniform ity ofthe existing oven m ode hascertain insufficiency.A com bination of im proving the structure of the oven fan cover plate and fan speed w as taken to achieve the oven tem perature field uniform ity to the optim allevel.
