In China,the average annual growth rate of rural residential commercial energy consumption is increasing fast.Due to the long winter and heating period,the energy problem is even more serious in west China.Thus,it's necessary to study the low-energy residential building design in these area.The low energy building's design for nomadic people of Qinghai is expounded as an example to show the progress of Rural Low-energy House(RLH)design.In order to achieve design targets,studying design principles of vernacular architectures and integration of simulation software during the design stage are used.Tibetan Towers and Yaodong that is the typical vernacular residential buildings in this area,are selected and analyzed to serve as good sources of design principles to respond to the cultural and social requirement and severe climate in this region.Then,the climatic datum is analyzed by Climate Consultant 6.0 software and Ecotect to obtain the optimal passive design strategies and optimize the building layout.Integrating these design strategies,site features and design requirements,Double Deck Settlement and Sunlight Living Rooms are nominated as design ideas and methods to reply the problems during the design process.Finally,the EnergyPlus is employed to examine the performance of the plan,the result indicates that the designed building can meet the requirements of German design standard for energy efficiency.%我国农村居住建筑所消耗的市场能耗程逐年递增的趋势,由于漫长的冬季采暖期长,使得这一问题在我国西部地区尤为严重.很有必要研究适应这一地区的乡村低能耗住房.在青海游牧民族定居点的设计中,为了达到低能耗的设计目标和解决使用者的文化需求,选择西部传统民居藏式碉楼和黄土高原的窑洞为研究对象,借鉴其民族传统特征和气候适应性策略,结合场地条件和设计要求提出了"双层聚落"、"生态中庭"来解决设计中的问题;利用Climate Consultant 6.0和Ecotect分析当地气候特征,优化建筑设计策略和布局;使用EnergyPlus模拟建筑能耗,结果表明达到德国低能耗建筑的设计标准.
