银龄化背景下,养老建筑设计成为建筑师关注的焦点.结合老年人的生理特征,阐释了老年人对养老建筑的特殊需求及养老建筑绿色化设计的必要性.借助ECOTECT软件分析了西安地区适宜的绿色建筑技术策略,对西安颐养服务中心进行了绿色化设计.从场地绿色布局、绿色建筑设计两方面对建筑室内外物理环境进行了优化,使其满足老年人对室内外热环境、风环境的特殊需求,并且影响老年人的生活习惯及行为特征,为其安度晚年提供了良好的生活环境.%Architects are focusing on buildings for the old under the background of aging society. Taking into account the physiological characteristics of the elderly, this paper expounds the special needs of the elderly and the necessity of the green design in the building provided for the aged. Green building technology strategies in Xi'an are analyzed with the ECOTECT software,and the design of Xi'an Yiyang Service Center take measures of these green strategies. The design optimized the indoor and outdoor physical environment from two aspects, including the green site layout and green building design to meet the special need of the elderly people,which had effects on lifestyle and behavior characteristics as well as provide a nice living environment for the old.
