隧道窑窑体散热分析及窑炉节能改造措施

摘要

通过对四家企业的隧道窑进行热平衡测试，重点分析了窑体散热损失，得出影响窑体散热损失的主要影响因素：掺煤量、窑的小时产量、窑体保温及窑体厚度，并提出了相应具体解决措施，可以提高窑炉热效率。%Through heat balance test for the tunnel kilns of four enterprises, the paper analyzes the kiln heat radiation loss, the main factors affecting the kiln heat loss are obtained, such as, additive amount of coal, kiln output per hour, the kiln heat preservation and the kiln thickness, and puts forward some specific measures, so that can improve the thermal efficiency of kiln.
