以某公司隧道窑烧成带的实际结构,利用GAMBIT软件建立隧道窑烧成带几何模型并且对模型进行网格划分。导入FLUENT软件中,采用标准K-ε湍流模型及涡耗散模型,对烧结砖隧道窑内NOX含量进行数值模拟,分析不同空气流速对NOX含量的影响,为降低隧道窑NOX含量提供理论支持。%Based on a company’s tunnel kiln firing zone of the actual structure, the geometric model of the firing tunnel kiln is established and divided into mesh by using GAMBIT software, then import the model into the FLUENT software, a numerical simulation of the NOx content of fired brick tunnel kiln by using the stan⁃dard K-epsilon turbulence model and the eddy dissipation model, and analyses the influence of different air velocity to NOx levels, and provide theoretical support for reducing the tunnel kiln NOx content.
