基于数值方法的竖井光面爆破参数确定方法

     

摘要

光面爆破技术已广泛应用于竖井开挖施工中.目前,光面爆破参数主要采用基于现场统计分析的经验法确定.运用有限元动力分析软件ANSYS/LS—DYNA对超深竖井光面爆破不同参数进行了比较分析,根据模拟结果,确定最佳光面爆破参数.同时,将模拟结果与经验法确定的参数进行了对比.最后,将经验法与数值法分别应用于洞宫山隧道通风竖井光面爆破的参数确定中.结果表明:经验法场地适用性较差,数值方法确定的光面爆破参数更符合实际情况.%The smooth blasting technology has been widely used in excavation construction of shaft.At present,the smooth blast parameters are mainly determined by using experience method based on field statistical analysis.The different smooth blast parameters of supper-deep shaft have been analyzed by using dynamic finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS—DYNA.The optimal smooth blast parameters can be selected based on the result of simulation.Meanwhile,the parameters determined by numerical simulation have been compared with the parameters from empirical method.Finally,the empirical method and numerical method are used on the smooth blasting parameters selection of Donggong mountain tunnel shaft respectively.Results show that the field applicability of empirical method is not so good as the numerical method,and the parameters from numerical method are much closer to the actual situation.
