High conical independent hills are common in blasting excavation. It is hard to excavate such hills of special landscape in complex surrounding with normal method. Therefore,a feasible and efficient construction tech-nology is put forward. According to the work face area,duration,explosive specific charge,time schedule and total cost,combined with the similar projects of high conical independent hills,the spiral excavation method is compared with the normal method. Results show that the spiral excavation plan provided larger work face area,bigger construc-tion speed in early stage,reduced duration with one fourth,more free faces and reduced specific charge explosive by 0. 25 kg/ m3 ,meanwhile the rock fragment by blasting is ideal with remarkable cost reduction.%在工程爆破施工中常见高耸锥形独立山体,在复杂环境下对这类地形特殊的山体进行开挖,常规方法一般不适用,需要采用其他可行且高效的施工工艺。通过对采用螺旋式施工时的工作面面积、工期、炸药单耗、机械台班安排,以及整体费用进行分析,并在贵州某锥形独立山体的施工实践的基础上对比螺旋式开挖与普通台阶施工法,结果表明:相比普通施工法,采用螺旋式爆破开挖方案的工作面面积更大,前期施工速度更快;工期减少约1/4,爆破临空面更多,炸药单耗降低约0.25 kg/ m3,岩石破碎较为理想,经济效益显著。
