Research on the Vibration Field in Tunnel Blasting Excavation

Based on the theory and research of linear charge, the necessity of the utility of the linear charge to the research of the vibration of tunnel blasting was proposed. The vibration of single linear charge with one free face was firstly simulated. Then, the vibration of the full section tunnel blasting was also simulated. From the results of simulation, the free face makes the maximum vibration value offset from the middle of the linear charge to direction of the bottom of the hole. The shape of the vibration field of single linear charge with one flee face was not cylindrical. However, the vibration field of runnel blasting had the almost the same shape with the single linear charge blasting in infinite field, which was verified by the existing results of stress field of full section tunnel blasting. So, the modified scaling law and attenuation law were proposed to prediction the PPV of panicle. The results of this paper have some guide effects to the excavation of tunnel, especially the subsea tunnel.
