硬骨鱼类细胞核移植的研究进展

摘要

自1997年世界首例体细胞核移植绵羊”多莉”诞生以来，动物细胞核移植引起世界范围内人们的关注。硬骨鱼类具有很多优点，是研究核移植良好的材料。作者综述了硬骨鱼类细胞核移植技术的发展和完善以及在核质互作、细胞核发育全能性、鱼类育种及纯系建立等方面的应用，并对鱼类核移植存在的问题和前景进行了概括。%Since the first cloned sheep,Dolly,from cultured mammary somatic cells was bom in 1997, the nuclear transfer of animal was paid world- wide attention. Fishes have many advantages, so they are good materials to study nuclear transfer. This article smmmarized development and perfection of the technique of the nuclear transfer, the interactions between donor nuclei and recipient cytoplasm during the process of nuclei transfer,developmental totipotency of nuclei, breeding and establishment of pure line in teleost, the problem existing in this area and the application in the future were also briefly summarized.
