通过组织培养建立铁皮石斛快繁体系,为更好利用开发铁皮石斛提供原料。以铁皮石斛茎段为外植体,研究不同种类和浓度配比的激素和天然添加物对组培过程中不定芽的诱导和丛生芽的增殖的影响,筛选出各阶段最适培养基。结果表明,不定芽诱导最适激素配比为NAA 1.0 mg/L + BA 2.0 mg/L,丛生芽增殖最适培养基为NAA 0.5 mg/L + BA 1.0 mg/L +香蕉100 g/L +活性炭100 g/L。以茎段为途径建立铁皮石斛快繁体系高效稳定的获得组培苗是可行的。%A rapid propagation system was established by tissue culture in order to provide raw materials for better use and development ofDendrobium officinale. Using stem segments ofD. officinale as explants,effects of the differential kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators and natural additives on the induction of adventitious shoots growth and proliferation of cluster shoots were studied;and the optimal mediums at different culture stages were selected. Results showed that the optimal hormone ratio for induction of adventitious shoots was NAA 1.0 mg/L and BA 2.0 mg/L,a combination of NAA 0.5 mg/L,BA 2.0 mg/L,banana juice 100 g/L and activated carbon 100 g/L was the optimal medium for the proliferation of cluster shoots. It is feasible to obtain the efficient and stable plantlets by establishing high efficiency and rapid propagation system from stem segments ofD. officinale.
