I have been an English teacher for seven years.Since I finished my college.I was engaged in graduating class's teaching all time.I went through two stages:the new curriculum and the old one.In place with reform of Education.Motivation、activeties became more important in teaching.what can you do to be a good teacher?Here I want to talk about my changes,Share my ideas with everyone.
