超高效液相色谱法快速灵敏检测水中苯酚

         

摘要

A sensitive and rapid method was described to determinate phenol in water based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with fluorescence (FLR) detection. Compared with methods of conventional HPLC and UV spectrophotometry, this method has characteristics which the total analysis time effectively decreased and sensitivity of sample analysis increased. The separation of phenol was carried out on an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (1.7μm, 2.1mm ×100mm ID) using a isocratic elution profile and mobile phase only consisting of 50% water and 50%acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. Fluorescence spectra are measured with the following settings of spectrofluorometer: excitaion wave (Ex) 268nm and emission wave (Em) 310nm. The whole analysis time was 2 minutes without any other pretreatment procedure. The linear range of the method was 0.204μg/L~51.0μg/L with correlation coefficient 0.9998. The recoveries ranged from 95.1%to 98.5%and the RSD (n=6) was 1.1%. The method was proved to be rapid, economical, simple, safe and accurate for the detection of phenol in water.%建立了一种超高效液相色谱—荧光法,用于灵敏、快速地检测水中的苯酚,与传统的紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法相比,显著提高了灵敏度、缩短了分析时间。采用Waters Acquity BEH C18 column (2.1mm×100mm,1.7滋m),乙腈∶水(50∶50)为流动相进行分离,流速0.5mL/min,荧光检测器激发波长268nm,发射波长310nm。一次进样2分钟完成检测。方法线性范围0.204~51.0滋g/L,相关系数0.9998,回收率95.1~98.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.1%。该方法检测水中苯酚,具有快速、简单、经济、安全和准确的优点。
