Objective To analyze the effects of screw type and implant location on the stability of single implantsupported crowns with prosthetic retaining screws. Methods A total of 262 implants( 237 patients) with single implantsupported crowns of premolar and molar were evaluated for the stability of the crowns retained by two different types of screws. The effects of different types of screws and implant location on the stability of the crowns were analyzed. Results The two types of retaining screws had significant different effects on the stability of the crowns, the flat head screw being more stable than the conical head screw. With the same head of screw, premolar was more stable than molar. Conclusion The stability of flat head screw was better than that of conical head screw. The stability of premolar was better than that of molar.%目的 分析<牙合>面螺钉固位的种植义齿单冠修复体螺钉松动的原因.方法 对237人262颗磨牙及双尖牙的单牙种植体进行单冠(牙合)面螺钉固位修复,其中牙冠的(牙合)面固位螺钉有两种不同形态,记录牙冠稳定性的临床资料,并从螺钉形态、牙位的角度进行统计分析.结果 锥形螺钉与直角螺钉在修复体稳定性上有统计学差异.分组比较时,前磨牙组中两种螺钉有统计学差异,直角螺钉更稳定;直角螺钉组中前磨牙组更稳定.结论 直角型(牙合)面固位螺钉的稳定性优于锥形螺钉,双尖牙的稳定性优于磨牙.
