Objective To deposit calcium phosphate coating on the surface of zirconia.Methods Zirconia samples were vertically immersed in the solution of NaOH, EDTA, NaH2PO4·2H2O, CaCl2 which was heated from room temperature to 65℃, kept at 65℃ for 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, respectively. Scanning electron microscope ( SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer ( EDS) were used to observe and analyze the zirconia surfaces. Results A thin calcium phosphate layer was formed on the surface of zirconia. The coating grain diameter and thickness increased as the chemical bath time extended.Conclusion Chemical bath method can be used to deposit calcium phosphate coating on the zirconia surface for improving its biocompatibility.%目的:用化学浴方法在氧化锆陶瓷表面制备钙磷涂层。方法在NaOH、EDTA、NaH2PO4·2H2O、CaCl2混合溶液中垂直放入氧化锆陶瓷片,从室温加热到65℃。在65℃分别保持10min、15min和20min,扫描电镜和能谱分析观察、分析氧化锆陶瓷表面形态及成分。结果15min氧化锆陶瓷表面形成一层薄钙磷涂层,随着化学浴时间的延长,涂层颗粒直径和涂层厚度增加。结论化学浴方法在氧化锆陶瓷表面制备出钙磷涂层可行。
