Objective In this paper,we focus on the key technologies of high-speed data acquisition and transmission in the bone mineral density measurement system and design a data acquisition system.Methods The system is based on Nios II and uses the clnos chip EP2 C8 Q208 C8 in field programmable gate array(FPGA) module.The cros chip ADCl2C105 is integrated to realize A/D conversion.In USB interface module,the CFOS chip CY7C68013A is utilized to Conlnlunicate with personal computer.At last the CY7C68013A is experimental tested.Results The experimental results show that this system is of high sampling rate and data transmission speed.Conclusions This high-speed data acquisition and transmission system is the development basis of the bone mineral density measurement system.%目的 本文对超声骨密度测量系统中的高速数据采集和传输关键技术进行了研究,设计了数据采集系统.方法 该系统基于 Nios II软核,以现场可编程门阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)芯片EP2C8Q208C8为核心,选择ADC12C105芯片进行模数转换,然后经USB接口芯片CY7C68013A上传至PC机进行分析、存储.最后对CY7C68013A的传输速度进行了测试.结果 实验结果证实本文所设计的系统采样率高,数据传输速度快.结论 该高速数据采集和传输系统是超声骨密度测量系统的研发基础.
