高速电主轴用脂润滑轴承性能试验

         

摘要

以高速磨削电主轴用角接触陶瓷球轴承B7005C/HQ1P4为研究对象,分别在油雾润滑和脂润滑下对轴承进行高速性能试验,通过对比分析转速、载荷与温升的关系研究了脂润滑轴承的高速性能.结果表明,在循环水冷却的条件下,转速低于40000r/min或dmn值小于1.44×106mm·r/min时,高速电主轴可以使用脂润滑陶瓷球轴承.%Taking angular contact ceramic ball bearings B7005C/HQ1P4 for high- speed grinding electric spindle as research objects, the high - speed performance tests are carried out under oil mist lubrication and grease lubrication respectively. Through the comparison and analysis of the relationship of rotation speed, load and temperature rise, the high - speed performance of grease - lubricated bearings is studied. The results show that the grease - lubricated ceramic ball bearings can be used in high - speed electric spindle under the circular water - eooling conditions when the rotation speed is lower than 40 000 r/rain or the dmn value is lower than 1.44 × 106 mm · r / min.
