环保型微乳化磨削液的研制及应用

摘要

介绍一种新研制的环保型透明微乳化磨削液,其由乳化剂、防锈剂、稳定剂、低黏度石蜡基油、杀菌剂和水等组成.试验结果表明:该微乳化磨削液具有良好的防锈性、润滑性和稳定性,产品性能完全满足相关标准的要求,并且不含亚硝酸钠和其他有害兀素,具有良好的环保性.%A new kind of environment - friendly micro - emulsion grinding fluid is introduced, which consists of emulsifier, anti- rust additive, stabilizer, low- viscosity paraffin base oil, fungicide, water and so on.The experimental result show that the fluid has excellent anti - rust, lubricating and stability, meeting the requirement of relative standards and environment protection.
