聚四氟乙烯/铅粉复合保持架材料高低温湿热交变性能试验分析

     

摘要

The high and low temperature alternating & hot and humid tests of three PTFE matrix composites containing different amount of lead powder are carried out, and the effect of high and low temperature alternating &hot and humid on the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties are studied for three composites. The results show that when lead powder content is 25% , PTFE/Lead Powder composites have excellent comprehensive properties.%通过对3种不同铅粉含量改性制成的聚四氟乙烯基复合材料进行高低温交变湿热试验,研究了高低温交变及湿热对这3种复合材料力学性能及摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明,铅粉含量为25%的聚四氟乙烯基复合材料综合性能优良.
