圆锥滚子轴承内组件收口质量数字化在线检测仪

摘要

An online tester is presented for the closing up quality of inner subunits, and quantitative testing for the closing up quality is accomplished by measuring the radial clearance of inner subunits. The mechanical parts of tester consist of the locating mechanism and the measuring mechanism. The hardware of control system consists of a PLC and an Industrial Personal Computer (IPC). Movement procedure control, data acquisition and data processing are accomplished by the PLC. The experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the tester is ± 10μm,able to test the closing up quality steadily and meet the requirements of users.%介绍了一种圆锥滚子轴承内组件收口质量在线检测仪,通过测量内组件的径向游隙实现内组件收口质量的数字化检测.检测仪机械部分包括定位装置和测量装置；控制系统硬件由PLC和工控机等组成,PLC进行检测仪的动作控制,工控机进行测量数据的采集和处理.试验结果表明,该检测仪的测量精度为±10 μm,能够稳定地检测轴承内组件的收口质量,满足了用户的要求.
