一种高速转子轴承加载测量设备

摘要

针对飞行器专用高速转子轴承轴向载荷控制不稳定的问题，设计了一种高速转子轴承加载测量设备，介绍了该设备的测量原理、测量过程及主要结构，新的测量设备可以定量测出高速转子轴承的轴向载荷，从而使装配人员调整轴承轴向载荷以达到额定载荷，提高轴承产品在高速转子中的装机质量和成功率。%Aiming at the unstable control of axial load for bearings in high speed rotor used in aircraft,a kind of load measurement equipment for bearings in high speed rotor is designed.The measurement principle,measurement process and main structure are introduced,and the axial load of bearings in high speed rotor is quantitatively measured by new measurement equipment.The axial load of bearings is adjusted by assemblers to achieve load rating,and the installed quality and success rate of bearings in high rotor are improved.
