The main failure reasons about main bearings of aircraft engine are analyzed.A set of fault prediction method for the bearings is presented,which is easy to be used in practical engineering,including oil monitoring,temperature monitoring,vibration monitoring,noise analysis,rotor inertia and bearing clearance.The engineering practices prove that the fault of main bearings for engine can be timely discovered and the flight accidents are reduced when these tech-nical methods are systematically used.%分析飞行器发动机主轴承失效的主要原因,提出了一套工程上易于实现的发动机主轴承故障预测方法,包括油液监测、温度监测、振动监测、噪声分析、转子惯性及轴承间隙监测等方法。工程实践证明,系统地运用这些技术方法能及时发现发动机主轴承故障,减少飞行事故。
