为提高汽车轮毂轴承单元装配精度,要求汽车轮毂轴承的内圈端面的平行度误差小于2μm。因此,设计开发了一种新型轮毂轴承的内圈端面平行度自动测量装置,介绍了该测量仪的测量原理,以及机械结构的设计和研制。同时,建立了基准平面符合最小条件法的面对面平行度误差数据处理系统,并对测量精度的影响因素进行了分析。%In order to improve the assembly precision of automotive hub bearing unit,the parallelism error of the inner ring end surface of automotive hub bearing must be less than 2μm.To solve this problem,a new automatic parallelism measuring device is designed and developed.The measuring principle of the measuring instrument and the design and development of mechanical structure are introduced.At the same time,the data processing system is established for e-valuating parallelism error of surface with respect to surface whose reference plane conforms to minimum condition meth-od.The factors influencing measurement accuracy are analyzed.
