针对某核电站立式水泵配套电动机在运转过程中出现非驱动端轴承温度高的问题,通过对电动机返厂进行拆解检查,详细排查了电动机制造的尺寸公差、形位公差,校核计算了轴承的工作游隙,并对轴承座的结构设计进行了分析,最终确定是由于外圈与轴承座配合公差过小、轴承座紧固方式不当、轴承座刚度过小,从而导致轴承运转温度高.通过对轴承座结构进行优化设计,有效解决了该问题.%The non-driving end bearings for motor of vertical water pumps of a nuclear power plant have high temperature during operation.The motor returns to factory,the disassembly and examination are carried out.The dimensional tolerance,geometrical tolerance for manufacture of motor are inspected in detail,the working clearance of the bearings is checked and calaculated.The structural design of housings is analyzed.Finally,the reasons for high operating temperature of the bearings are small fit tolerance between outer rings and housings,improper fastening way of housings and small stiffness of housings.The problems are solved effectively through optimal design of structure of housings.
