特定载荷下不同凸度量对数滚子疲劳寿命试验

摘要

分析圆柱滚子轴承滚子凸度对轴承疲劳寿命的影响.针对工程实际应用中特定载荷工况下滚子所需最佳凸度量问题,选取不同凸度量的滚子,对单个滚子进行加速寿命试验.结果表明:在相同载荷下,不同凸度量滚子的疲劳寿命存在一定规律,一定载荷下存在一个最佳凸度,高于或低于这个最佳凸度的滚子疲劳寿命都有不同程度的缩短.%The influence of roller crowning on fatigue life of cylindrical roller bearings is analyzed.Aiming at optimal crowning value of rollers under specific load in practical engineering application,the rollers with different crowning values are selected,and the accelerated life test is carried out for single roller.The results show that the fatigue life of rollers with different crowning values has a certain rule under same load,and there is an optimal crowning under certain load.The fatigue life of rollers is reduced with different degree when the crowning of rollers is greater or less than optimal crowning.
