圆柱滚子轴承铜合金实体保持架振动光饰工艺

摘要

介绍轴承实体保持架光饰常用工艺方法的特点,针对圆柱滚子轴承用铜合金保持架振动光饰存在的产品之间撞击容易导致磕碰伤的问题,设计了专用工装,编制振动光饰工艺具体操作方法,提升了保持架的外观质量.%The characteristics of common process method for polishing of solid cages of the bearings are introduced.Aiming at damage caused by impact between products during vibration polishing of copper alloy cages of cylindrical roller bearings,the special fixture is designed.The specific operation method for vibration polishing process is compiled to improve appearance quality of cages.
