M50NiL与M50制轴承套圈引导面耐磨损性能对比分析

     

摘要

For improving the severing life of an aero-engine bearing,the material of the ring is changed from M50NiL to MS0.The cage-land shoulder and cage are worn during the test.Combining with fault analysis,at high speed condition,the wear resistance of the M50NiL and M50 are researched by aero-bearing tester.The results show that the wear resistance of the cage-land shoulder of M50NiL is lower than that of M50.%为提高某型主机轴承使用寿命,将套圈材料由M50更换为M50NiL.针对试验考核时轴承出现保持架与套圈引导面严重磨损的情况,借助航空轴承试验机,在高dm·n值下对M50NiL和M50轴承套圈引导面的耐磨损性能进行了研究.结果表明:与M50相比,M50NiL轴承套圈引导面的耐磨性较差.
