提高铅酸电池活性物质利用率

             

摘要

Lead acid batteries had a disadvantage of low specific energy by weight as motive power sources of electric vehicles.The utilization of active material was one of the most important factors that affected the specific energy. If the utilization of active material of lead acid batteries could be improved, the specific energy by weight would be increased and the single charge trip range of electric vehicles would also be increased. The main factors influencing the specific energy by weight included current density, plate thickness, active material structure, the conductivity of active material, grids, electrolyte volume and density. As a result,the utilization of active material and the specific energy by weight of lead acid batteries by way of changing the parameters of allthese factors was improved.%铅酸电池作为电动车用动力电池存在着重量比能量低的缺点,而活性物质的利用率是影响比能量的一个重要因素。如果铅酸电池的活性物质利用率能够得以提高,那么它的重量比能量将得以提高,电动汽车充电一次的续驶里程将会提高。影响铅酸电池活性物质利用率的主要因素有:电流密度、极板厚度、活性物质的结构、活性物质和板栅的导电性能及电解液的体积和密度等。因此,我们可以通过改变上述参数来提高活性物质的利用率,从而提高铅酸电池的重量比能量。
