研究了铅酸蓄电池正极活性物质利用率与电极微观结构的关系,用加入石墨添加剂和提高铅膏视密度的方法并采用正交实验得出最佳工艺(硫酸6%,固化温度25 ℃,石墨0.2%),获得了正极活性物质利用率7.62 g*(A*h)-1,寿命循环400次的结果.所建立的正极活性物质理论可解释较高铅膏视密度下活性物质利用率仍较高的结果.%The relationship between active-substance availability of positive electrode and micro-constitution of positive electrode was researched. By adding graphitic additive and raising the density of lead paste, optimum was obtained by orthogonal experiment(mastic 6%, solidify temperature 25 ℃, graphitic additive 0.2%). The result showed active-substance availatility of positve electrode was 7.62 g*(A*h)-1, cyclic life was 400 times. The developed positive active-substance theory can explain the higher availability of positive active-substance under the higher density of lead paste.
