二氧化锡基复合材料的制备及电化学性能

         

摘要

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、SnCl2·6H2O和盐酸为原料,用水热法制备了交联PVA包覆的二氧化锡(SnO2).纳米SnO2颗粒被包在产物的线性网络结构骨架中.经350℃、400℃和500℃炭化处理2h,分别得到SnO2/C、SnO2/Sn/C和Sn/C复合材料.SnO2/C复合材料的循环性能最好,以100 mA/g在0.005~3.000 V充放电,第50次循环的比容量为432.4 mAh/g.%The cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) coated tin oxide(SnO2) was synthesized using raw materials PVA,SnCl2· 6H2O and hydrochloride via hydrothermal synthesis. The netlike nano materials were composed of SnO2 nano particles encapsulated in the cross-linked PVA.SnO2/C,SnO2/Sn/C and Sn/C composites were obtained by carbonizing this material at 350 ℃C ,400℃ and 500 ℃ for 2 h,respectively.SnO2/C composite had the best cycle performance. The specific capacity was 432.4 mAh/g at the 50th cycle when charged-discharged at 0.005 ~3.000 V with 100 mA/g.
