TiV1.1Mn0.9Ni0.5+20%ZrCr2储氢复合材料的循环稳定性

         

摘要

用两步电弧熔炼法制备储氢复合合金材料TiV1.1Mn0.9Ni0.5+20%ZrCr2,用XRD、能谱(EDS)、电感耦合等离子体-光学发射光谱(ICP-OES)和SEM分析研究储氢复合合金材料电极的微观结构、循环稳定性和协同效应.复合合金具有与母体合金相同的双相结构;复合合金电极的最大放电容量存在协同效应,在任何一次循环时,实际放电容量均有明显的协同效应;母体合金电极第15次循环的容量保持率仅为5.84%,复合合金电极第15次和第80次循环的容量保持率分别为96.22%和68.72%,原因可能是ZrCr2合金的添加能提高合金电极在KOH溶液中抗腐蚀、抗氧化和抗粉化的能力.%Hydrogen storage alloy composite TiV1.1 Mn0.9Ni0.5 + 20%ZrCr2 was prepared via two-step arc melting method. Mi-crostructure,cycle stability and synergetic effect of the hydrogen storage alloy composite electrode were studied by XRD,energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) and SEM.The composite alloy was of two-phase structure which was the same as that of matrix alloy. The synergetic effect distinctly appeared in the maximum discharge capacity and the real discharge capacity of the composite alloy electrode during the cycle process.The capacity retention of the matrix alloy electrode in the 15th cycle was only 5.84% , the capacity retention of the composite alloy electrode in the 15th and 80th cycle was 96.22% and 68.72% .respectively, which was possibly ascribed to the increase of capability of anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation and anti-pulverization of the composite alloy particles in KOH electrolyte with addition of ZrCr2 alloy.
