锌氧化银二次电池的湿荷电搁置性能

         

摘要

提出提高锌氧化银二次电池抗湿态荷电搁置能力的方法.通过单因素对比实验和多因素正交实验的方法,在隔膜厚度0.022~ 0.038 mm的范围内,研究了隔膜厚度对电池湿态荷电期间自放电速率的影响,以及负极极板经压边处理和增加负极添加剂前后,电池湿荷电寿命的变化.隔膜厚度增加0.012 mm、使用负极添加剂和改进极板外形,可将电池的湿态荷电搁置时间延长约1~2个周次(30 d/周).%The methods to improve hygrometric state charge-maintenance performance of oxide silver zinc secondary battery were outlined. According to the single-factor comparison experiment and orthogonal test, the influence of the separator thickness to the self-discharge performance in hygrometric state charge-maintenance was studied during separator thickness of 0.022 - 0.038 mm, the life of hygrometric state charge-maitenance was investigated after the treatment of blank holder the negative electrode plates and adding negative electrode additive. The hygrometric state charge-maintennance performance could be prolonged 1-2 cycles(30 d per cycle),due to the separator thickness adding 0.012 mm,using negative electrode additives and optimizing the shape of the electrode.
