高温固相法合成水系富锂锰基Li2Mn1-xCoxO3

             

摘要

Lithium-rich manganese-based Li2Mn1-xCoxO3 cathode material was synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method.The phase analysis of materials were measured by SEM and XRD technique,the electrochemical performance were measured by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge (0.5 mA/cm2,1.00-2.05 V) tests.The incorporation of metallic cobalt did not alter the basic structure of the material.When the cobalt content x was 0,0.1,0.5 and 0.9,the initial specific discharge capacity was 66.9 mAh/g,375.8 mAh/g,291.2 mAh/g and 331.5 mAh/g,respectively.The optimal electrochemical performance was shown when the cobalt content was 0.1 (x =0.1),the specific capacity could be stayed around 380 mAh/g with the Coulombic efficiency above 90%.%采用高温固相法合成水系锂离子电池用富锂锰基Li2Mn1-xCoxO3(x=0、0.1、0.5和0.9)正极材料.用SEM和XRD技术对材料进行物相分析,用循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电(0.5 mA/cm2、1.00~2.05 V)测试分析电池的电化学性能.掺入金属钴,不改变材料的基本结构;当钴含量x=0、0.1、0.5和0.9时,首次放电比容量分别为66.9 mAh/g、375.8 mAh/g、291.2 mAh/g和331.5 mAh/g,x=0.1的材料表现出最优的电化学性能,比容量可稳定在380 mAh/g附近,库仑效率稳定在90%以上.
