试论美国临床护理专家的发展

摘要

临床护理专家（ CNS）具有丰富的专业知识与实践技能，能够为患者提供优质、高效的护理服务，改善患者结局。文章通过对美国CNS内涵、实践、核心能力、教育及发展中存在问题的分析，从借鉴角度指出我国CNS发展建议。%Clinical nurse specialist ( CNS) , with rich professional knowledge and practical skills, can provide quality and efficient care for patients, and improve patient outcomes.By introduction of CNS connotation, practice, core competencies, education and the analysis of existing problems, this paper provides references for the development of nursing specialists in China.
