某机载设备虚警问题的原因分析及处理方法

摘要

False Alarm arises during the flight test of airborne data load and record equipment.In this paper, we analyze the reasons which cause the false alarms and enumerate the results of the false alarms. Then according to the system design, hardware design and software design, an integrated false alarm solving project is put forward. Combined with the practical application, an effective and convenient software algorithm is designed. By the test of verification, the BIT false alarm rate of the airborne data load and record equipment is significantly decreased; the reliability is considerably increased. The software algorithm also offers reference to the same type of airborne equipment.%分析了外场试飞过程中某机载设备 BIT 虚警产生的原因及引起的后果，并提出了一套较为全面的BIT 虚警解决方案，最后结合实际应用给出了便捷有效的软件算法实例。经过外场试飞验证，该算法大大降低了BIT虚警率，提高了设备的可靠性，并为同类型的机载设备产生的BIT虚警提供了可借鉴的经验。
