半球陀螺谐振子超声旋转磨削加工关键技术研究

     

摘要

针对Al2O3陶瓷材料半球陀螺谐振子的难加工性,基于超声旋转磨削加工技术研究了其加工过程关键技术,包括超声振动频率选取,刀具结构参数和切削力对谐振子加工影响,以及壁厚均匀性加工.通过模态分析确定超声振动频率;建立了刀具结构参数与薄壁壳体加工表面质量之间数学模型;利用有限元软件研究在切削力作用下谐振子受力变化情况;并分析了由于装夹误差造成的壁厚加工不均匀现象,建立了其数学模型.%Aiming at difficult workability of A12O3 hemispherical resonator gyro (HRG), the study was made about its key technology in machining process based on rotating ultrasonic grinding machining (RUGM) technology, including ultrasonic vibration frequency selection, the influence of cutting tool structure parameters and cutting force for HRG processing, and how to achieve uniform of wall thickness. The ultrasonic vibration frequency was identified through the modal analysis. The mathematical model between the cutting tool structure parameters and processing surface quality of thin-walled shell was established. Trie stress of HRC under cutting force was analyzed by finite element software. The phenomenon of non-uniform thickness processing deriving from clamping error was analyzed and its mathematical model was established.
