SPS制备ZrB2基超高温陶瓷的研究进展

本文阐述了放电等离子体烧结(SPS)技术的相关情况,介绍了ZrB<,2>基超高温陶瓷的特点、优势、性能以及国内外的SPS制备方法,探讨了不同添加剂的助烧效果以及相关机理,展望了我国ZrB<,2>基超高温陶瓷的应用前景.%The spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique was presented.The character, advantage, performance and SPS preparation of ZrB2 - based ultra - high temperature ceramics are introduced, as well as the sintering effect and mechanisms of sintering aids are discussed.The application trends of ZrB2 -based ultra- high temperature ceramics in China are proposed.
