飞机前起落架支柱旋转机构角度及角速度测试方法的优化

摘要

A measurement which uses the step motor as the control mechanism driver of the front undercarriage in order to measure the rotation angle and angular velocity of the control mechanism and pillar rotary mechanism is introduced. This measurement could get the rotation angle and angular velocity accurately, and has been used in the actual facilities.%本文介绍一种利用步进电机驱动某系列飞机前起落架操纵机构，在套筒与支柱旋转机构处采用平行四连杆结构的工装，利用旋转编码器实现操纵机构与支柱旋转机构角度与角速度精确测量的优化测试方法，并成功应用于测试设备。
