The frame parts are the main structure of the airborne equipment. The precision of the parts affects the assembly precision and plays a vital role to performance of the components. The process of cast magnesium alloy frame part of a typical thin-walled was analyzed. The fixture was designed and the machining process was controlled to meet the requirements of the drawings. The general solutions for magnesium alloy thin-walled parts machining, deformation control and ensure the frame parts of the main hole space position and accuracy were put forward.%分析一种薄壁铸镁合金典型框架零件的加工工艺过程,设计工装夹具、控制加工过程以达到满足图纸要求的目的。同时对于镁合金的加工、薄壁零件的变形控制、框架类零件主孔系空间位置及精度的保证提出了一般性的解决方法。
