本文对使用胶黏剂对采用超塑成形/扩散连接工艺的钛合金零件表面沟槽的可行性进行了评估,以某钛合金气动面为例设计了填补沟槽的试验验证过程,试验结果表明使用胶黏剂对零件表面沟槽进行填补是可行的.%Using adhesive on the superplastic forming/diffusion bonding process of titanium alloy parts surface groove,the feasibility of the test was validated by taking a pneumatic surface of a titanium alloy as an example. The expriments result showed that it is feasibility to fill up groove with adhesive.
