激光焊接机大理石横梁的有限元分析

摘要

By using finite element analysis method, the laser welding machine of marble beams was designed by SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional model of the marble beams. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the static and dynamic characteristics of marble beam were analyzed. The theoretical basis and effective method were provided for the beam design. It has guiding significance for research and development of high precision laser welding machine.%采用有限元分析方法,设计了激光焊接机大理石横梁,利用SolidWorks建立了大理石横梁的三维实体模型,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析大理石横梁的静动态特性,为横梁的设计提供了理论基础和有效方法,对高精度激光焊接机产品的研发具有指导意义.
