基于仿真的缸内直喷汽油机燃烧系统的开发与改进

     

摘要

Taking the development of the combustion system of a GDI engine adopting homogeneous charge combustion mode as example, the application of CFD technology to spray simulation is presented. Firstly, the spray model of injector is calibrated by tests. Then the calibrated model is applied to the simulation on transient in-cylin-der flow and spray. The in-cylinder flow fields, the process of mixture formation and the fuel concentration distribution at ignition time are all analyzed for two working conditions of peak torque (at 1 800r/min) and rated power (at 5 500r/min) , and on these bases some improvement suggestions are proposed. Finally a simulation on improving scheme is performed with a result showing that the quality of mixture is improved obviously.%以某款采用均质混合气燃烧模式的缸内直喷汽油机燃烧系统的开发为例,介绍了CFD技术在喷雾模拟中的应用.首先对喷油器的喷雾模型进行试验标定,然后将标定好的模型应用到缸内瞬态流动和喷雾仿真中.对最大转矩点(1 800r/min)和额定功率点(5 500r/min)两种工况下的缸内流场、混合气形成过程和点火时刻的浓度分布进行详细分析,并提出了改进建议.最后对改进方案进行模拟,结果显示混合气形成质量明显改善.
