A scheme of pluggable fuel cell range extender / battery powertrain system and the selection principle and matching design method of system's key components such as fuel cell and DC/DC converter are proposed for a fuel cell range-extended micro electric vehicle under development. For taking account of the effects of hydrogen purging on the hydrogen consumption of air-cooled self-humidifying fuel cell, a table look up method for instantaneous hydrogen excess factor is put forward. Finally the results of matching design are verified with Matlab/ Cruise co-simulation platform.%为一款正在开发的燃料电池增程式微型电动车,提出了可插拔式燃料电池增程器/蓄电池动力系统的方案和系统关键部件,如燃料电池、DC/DC转换器等的选型原则和匹配设计方法;为在仿真中考虑排氢动作对风冷自增湿燃料电池耗氢量的影响,提出了瞬时氢气过量系数查表法;最后,利用Matlab/Cruise联合仿真平台对匹配设计结果进行了验证.
