A finite element model for a mini truck body is built, on which a static analysis is conducted by using inertia relief technique in MSC. NASTRAN with its stress distribution obtained. Then a rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model is set up in MSC. ADAMS/Car with load spectra of H-grade road acquired. Based on these, a fatigue life analysis of the body-in-white is performed in MSC. FATIGUE with a result agreeing relatively well with test data. Some locations in the truck body with shorter fatigue life are modified and get good results.%建立某微型货车车身的有限元模型,在MSC.NASTRAN中采用惯性释放法对其进行静态分析并得到其应力分布状况,再在MSC.ADAMS/Car中建立该车的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,得到其在H级路面的载荷谱.在这些基础上,在MSC.FATIGUE中进行白车身的疲劳寿命分析,分析结果与试验数据比较吻合.对寿命较短的部位进行改进,取得良好的效果.
