基于总成特性的悬架实时仿真模型

     

摘要

建立了悬架的实时仿真模型,它包括导向机构模型、承载模型和K&C特性修正3部分.导向机构模型描述车轮通过悬架向车体传递受力,保证了侧倾和纵倾响应的精确性;承载模型借鉴Fancher模型,较为准确地描述了悬架干摩擦现象;悬架K&C修正选取底盘动力学的重要参数,精确地描述了车轮定位.仿真结果和试验验证表明,采用上述模型仿真得到的操纵稳定性和平顺性有较高的精度.%The suspension model for real-time simulation is built, which consists of three parts; guiding mechanism model, loading model and K & C characteristics correction. The guiding mechanism model describes force passing through suspension onto vehicle body to ensure the accuracy of rolling and pitching responses, the loading model uses Fancher model with modification to more accurately depict the dry friction in suspension, while K&C characteristics correction accurately delineates wheel alignment by selecting the important parameters in vehicle dynamics. The simulation results are verified by tests, indicating that the handling stability and ride comfort of vehicle obtained by simulation using above-mentioned models have rather high accuracy.
