汽车经销商能力评价模型及其实证

     

摘要

根据我国汽车市场的发展特征,结合对汽车经销商营销管理与能力评价的实践,基于企业能力理论和竞争力评价方法,构建了一套系统、全面、动态的汽车经销商能力评价体系.它从基本能力、市场营销能力、销售服务能力、客户管理能力、人员管理能力和可持续发展能力6个方面对经销商的能力进行客观评价.主机厂可以根据经销商能力评价得分,有针对性地制定提升经销商能力的方案,有效提升经销商能力.%According to the development characteristics of automotive market in China, combining with the practice in the marketing management and ability evaluation of auto dealers, and based on the theory of enterprise a-bility and competitiveness evaluation method, a set of systematic, comprehensive and dynamic evaluation system of auto dealers' ability is established. The system evaluates the dealers' ability objectively in terms of basic ability and the abilities in marketing, sales service, customer management, personnel management and sustainable development. Based on the dealers' score in their capability assessment, the manufacturers can targetedly work out plans for effectively enhancing their dealers' ability.
