In view of the fluctuation of engine instantaneous angular velocity caused by misfire, a parameter called instantaneous relative angular velocity is introduced for online diagnostics of misfire fault. Meanwhile relevant algorithm is proposed to eliminate the effects of crankshaft manufacturing error and steady-state error in normal combustion on misfire diagnostics. Based on statistical analysis method a set of pragmatic calibration procedure is developed. The test results indicate that the proposed method is handy and practical, being able to diagnose the misfire fault in diesel engines online.%针对失火造成发动机瞬时角速度的波动,引入瞬时相对角速度这一参量进行失火故障的在线诊断;同时提出相应的算法消除曲轴工艺误差和各缸正常燃烧时的稳态误差对失火诊断的影响.基于统计分析方法,开发了实用的标定流程.试验结果表明,所提出的方法简便实用,能够有效地进行柴油机失火故障的在线诊断.
