某单轴并联混合动力客车换挡规律的解析

摘要

Taking a single-shaft parallel hybrid electric bus as objective,a reverse test analytical method for shift schedule is proposed.First the test procedure is designed based on the shifting parameters assumed.Then a real vehicle test is conducted to analyze the effects of acceleration pedal position,vehicle speed,battery SOC,motor torque,engine torque and the combined torque of engine and motor on shifting schedule.As a result the acceleration pedal position and vehicle speed are found to be the shifting parameters of the vehicle.Finally through the shifting tests with different acceleration pedal positions,road conditions and driving styles,the shifting schedule of the vehicle is successfully worked out,validating the correctness of the analytical method proposed.%以某单轴并联混合动力客车为对象,提出一种换挡规律逆向试验解析方法.根据假设的换挡参数,设计试验解析流程,进行实车测试,分析油门开度、车速、电池SOC、电机转矩、发动机转矩和电机与发动机合成输出转矩对换挡的影响,得知油门开度和车速是换挡参数.最后通过不同油门开度、不同路况和驾驶风格换挡测试,成功解析出换挡规律,验证了解析方法的正确性.
