To improve the shift quality of vehicle, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve for the gear shifting of automatic transmission is proposed with its working principle analyzed and a dynamic model set up for the flow control valve of proportional valve at opening and closing moments. A simulation is conducted on the dynamic characteristics of proportional valve with Matlab/Simulink, and the bench test verifies the correctness of the modeling and simulation techniques. The results of test also show that under the condition with a oil pressure of 12 bar and a solenoid supply voltage of 42 V, the response time of electro-hydraulic valve for pressure build up is about 70ms while that for pressure release is around 50ms, meeting the requirements of practical control.%为改善车辆的换挡品质,提出了一种用于自动变速器的电液比例换挡阀,分析了其工作原理,建立了电液换挡阀中流量阀打开和关闭时的动态数学模型;利用Matlab/Simulink对比例换挡阀的动态特性进行了仿真,并通过台架试验,验证了建模和仿真方法的正确性.试验结果表明:在供油压力12bar、电磁阀供电电压24V的情况下,电液换挡阀的建立压力的响应时间约为70ms,卸压时间约为50ms,满足实际控制的要求.
